I found a pic on macs auto parts there part number #9510-1755.But dont list model> If it helps this is one of the first off the line in oct of 1960 but truck year is 61 thanks

no there are no # on carb but on macs auto web site the pic is the same already called them they want to sell me a new one i my have to but trying this first rebuild kit 19.99 new carb 165.00
