something is rubbing!!!!

I have an 02 supercrew and when I turn mainly to the left I can hear something rubbing like theres something in the brakes. Took it apart and found nothing wrong. Everything is tight and brakes are in excelent shape. Maybe bearings??? or is there something that Im not looking at?? Help me please it driving me nuts!!!

Could it be the inner fender well rubbing on the tire? Maybe some of the screws that hold it up have loosened to the point it is drooping a little. Something to check next.
