Man That is a great deal. Some rust on the cab corners and above the wheel wells on the box. It shows it has potential. I would of like to got it. What does it have for a drive train.
Took the pump and the injectors in off the Massey that dad and I have been working on to get them cleaned up. Just got them back today so I will be going over to the farm tomorrow to put them on and hopefully she fires up.

It has a 400 engine in it with a c6 transmission and rear end is a Dana 60 semi floating and the front is the dana 44 TTB axle.
Bolted the transmission back into my 79 yesterday. Didn't have enough time to finish it up, but my dad's going to do the last few things and then test it out.

And all is well? I had the fenders, hood and all the red panels on my 285 Massey repainted so it looks great. It was a pain to remove them (loader brackets in the way) but it was worth it and I wanted to do it for years. The tin was in nice shape, just abit faded.
Yeah tomas you really did get a good deal with that one, has a nice drivetrain too!
Yeah that wasn't too bad of a deal and yesterday i went to pick up a dana 60 full floating rear axle to replace the semi floating one, i paid 30 bucks for that one now im just waiting for a good deal on a dana 60 front axle and then i need to build a decent engine for it and and go pulling with it.
Yes, the pump and the injectors where just gummed up from the old diesel. The pump needed a few new pieces as well as some of the injectors, but otherise nothing major. Just haven't got to the farm yet to put things back together yet. Dad got bored one day and polished up the hood now he has to do the rest of the tractor to make everything look the same.
Thats cool, what all do you have planned to do to the engine?
Im planing on building a 460 for it, i have a set of those closed chamber heads(C9VE) i would like to get them ported. There is a guy that does porting on heads like that and he told me that he had gotten 700 hp out of a 460 with those heads on there. Thats what im planning on but its only going to go as far as the money reaches.
That is going to be a really powerfull truck when your done man, make sure you keep us up to date with what you do on it!
Yeah indeed i agree keep us updated that is crazy 700hp out of 460 i believe it though they are powerhouses and if you do it tomas make sure you take pics...
