It almost sounds like the wiring harness that goes to youre injectors is unplugged or is getting no power ! Without power in the harness the computer cant tell the injectors when to fire.

How much pressure?

Next, have you checked the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) If it fails in a way that makes it look like the throttle's wide open, the EEC will not fire the injectors. This is Ford's way of keeping internal engine parts internal.

If you ground pin 6 of the DCL connector, and turn on the key, the fuel pump will run continuously. Don't do this with the truck running, just key on, engine off. Put a pressure gauge (there are some specialty gauges that include a bleeder valve). Engine off (same as WOT) fuel pressure should be around 40-45 PSI. At idle, (max vacuum) fuel pressure should be around 30-35 PSI.

How laog did your truck sit up before this happened.

I did a rebuild a couple of years ago. I left them on a table for several months and they dried out and wouldnt fire. I used gas in a spray bottle and got it to crank but it would only run on 3 cylinders. I swapped up the placement ond the firing would change to the injectors I swapped.

I ordered a new set from Summit and had it running 45 mins after the FedEx truck left.

You can use a meter and check the plug to see if its trying to fire the injector.

Are you getting spark?

the whole story is the fuel pump would'nt turn on when i turned the key on i tried everything i checked the relays and the inertia switch and could'nt find the problem so i put direct power from the battery to my pump, now its in the rail like it should be It's got spark it probably sat there for like 4 months i sprayed ether down the throttle body to try and give her a start it'll crank on it but my plugs just aint getting wet i dont know if it could be that harness you were talking about

does the ecm come on? Have you tried reading the codes?
The computer turns on the fuel pumps, and fires the injectors.
There are relays on the drivers fender for both the ecm and fuel pumps.
I would check both of those with a meter to be sure they have power.
You should hear them click when you turn the key. If you put your finger on the top you will be able to feel it.
You should check all the fuses too.
