Code P2623 - Injector control pressure regulator circuit open

I get this code when my Superchips Flashpaq is programmed in Performance, Economy, or Tow Safe mode. Sometimes extremely hard to clear, but always comes back either immediately or after a short bit of driving. Truck seems to drive fine, no symptoms other than the code.

If I reprogram to Stock, it doesn't happen.

Any ideas? ('03 F350 6.0 Powerstroke)

Your tuner is probably taking control of the IPR causing the PCM to see a fault.

Continued problems with the P2623 code

I took a long (several hundred miles) trip this weekend and ran through all 4 modes (Stock, Tow Safe, Economy, and Performance). Stock is the only one that doesn't throw the code. In addition, I noticed on the last test (Tow Safe) that the truck showed a P1000 (more driving needed) in ADDITION to the P2623 even after a 200+ mile span of start/stop/highway speeds/idle/city driving mix. So I reinstalled the Stock programming and am at the point of returning my Flashpaq to Superchips.

I wonder if the factory flash in my truck (very recent) is incompatible with current Flashpaq tuning?

calibration codes according to the Flashpaq are:
