another cam phaser question
My '05 FX4 has a slight diesel sound coming from the drivers side wheelwell, it's noticable after the engine is warm and can be heard from about 10-12ft away and goes away when the motor is reved up. I've read TSB 6-4-7 and it seems like it could be a bad cam phaser. My question is, if it is a bad cam phaser will it hurt anything if I don't get it fixed?; the noise doesn't really bother me and I don't want someone tearing my engine apart unless it's really needed.

thanks for the reply ranger88, I'm going to leave everything as is and see what the noise is like when I get close to 36000 miles and then go from there. If it's not any louder than it is now I'm not going to mess with fixing it.
