HPX lines

Are most of you using this? Where did you get the rigid hpx lines? All I have found is the braided or rubber ones.

KCM diesel performance is where i got mine. i got it at the link where Clux posted, however KCM sells their part to ITP and other providers. you will be getting the same thing with either place you buy it.

it balances the oil pressure in the two oil rails in the cylinder heads. since there is only one Injection Control Pressure sensor, that is in the left head, it only reads the pressure from the driver's side bank, and it then sends pressure readings that in turn regulate oil pressure to both heads. using this part connects the oil galleries together, so it reads an accurate pressure from both heads. oil doesnt flow through the tube, so much as it acts as a "shock absorber" (PSNut) for the cylinder heads.

I found that after the install it made the go pedal really sensitive. Like as soon as you touch it, it was ready to go. Before it seemed kinda dull.

Besides taking some of the roughness out of the idle.

I saw no performance improvement, and my logbook tells me there was no fuel mileage improvement.

But it sounds and feels so much smoother and better... It was worth the effort.
