First - what engine do you have?
Second - try your local wrecking yard. I was at a local U-Pull-It in Sacramento, CA this weekend looking for a battery tray for my '71 F-350. They had at least a dozen '70s Ford trucks and most still had their engines and manifolds. Most had FE engines but one had a 400M. I didn't check their price board for exhaust manifolds, but they are probably $20 each.
