stuck in 4 wheel drive

stuck in 4 wheel drive
Si i was driving thorugh some mud in 4 high and when i was done i went to put it in 2 wheel and it wouldn't go. I can put it in 4 low, N, and then it says its in 4 wheel adn then it says its in 2 wheel drive but its not. so i cna shift it through it but its stays in 4 wheel. What can i do? BTW 93 f150 short bed, reg cab. 5.0 5 spd. 4x4

no its manaul. but i called midwest truck off road center adn h told me to go play in the mud again and see wat happens and i did and it must have worked it selft out or somin. cuzz it all works again

haha, i had a buddy that ran into that problem with his chevy one time, we went muddin and he couldn't get it to shift out of 4 high, about a week later he got it to shift back to 2 high and it worked fine after that, but its good to here you got it out of 4 wheel drive.
