About a year ago I spotted a broken body lift block under my truck & called Trail Master. With a little resistance they sent me a new one.
So now I find another one broken. Now, if I beat on my truck I could expect things to break, but I don't and the bolt was tight. Has anyone else had this trouble with Trail Master ?
Body lifts are for show, Suspension lifts are for GO! It doesn't surprise me you're breaking body lift blocks. They were made for looks, not performance.
*EDIT* No offense intended. What I'm saying is they are cheap, and you should be glad you got a year out of them.

gotta love body lifts..... yet we still get those die hards who think b/l's are the best thing since sliced bread! cant wait till i can refer back to this thread (no offense mark)
Body lifts suck, period, LOL... Not the first time I've seen body lift bushings break... Had a couple break on my diesel since I put it together in October... Unfortunatley, until I get up the drive to pull the cab off, it needs to have the 2" lift for firewall clearance... They changed the shape of the firewall a bit in 82 in preperation for the diesel... Without the B/L, the drivers side head hits the firewall...
My problem was ones under the core support, so, I put rear cab mount bushings in instead of the factory mount and spacer, works perfect for my 2" lift. I didn't lift the box... I didn't see good things happening with an 800 lb fuel tank sitting directly over the front two mounts. Sure the lines don't match up, but, the truck isn't pretty anyhow...
No... Most people dont' even notice... if they do, I just tell them the sills in the bed are shot... LOL
Seriously, would you expect something that looks like this to have the body lines match up? LOL
