71 Ford parts
I'm looking for a set of headers that will fit in my 71 F100. It had a 360 originally now it's a 400 out of a 71 country squire. Anyone know what will fit?

I would think, (i could be wrong) that you could use headers for a 77-79 w/ 351m-400 application. I know the sheetmetal is a little different between the 71 and 77-79, it looks just cosmetic to me. Is your truck 2wd, or 4wd. Do you have a side aux tank? When the FE was dropped in 76, it was replaced by 351M-and 400. I have seen catalogs list this application.

MY TRUCK IS A 2WD WITH A 400 AND AN FMX TRANS. I'VE ALREADY CUT A LITTLE SHEET METAL TO GET THE 400'S MANIFOLDS A PLACE TO CLEAR BUT I WANT TO KNOW IF THE HEADERS COLLECTORS ARE GOING TO CAUSE ME A CLEARNCE PROBLEM OR NOT?
