Another Starting Problem

I thought someone had just made that up and put it on since it was about a 6" positive (red) cable. Wont hurt to have another ground strap I guess. I'll reattach it.
I did hook the other grounds to the Neg- cable that turn fuel pumps on..

i have the same problem my truck is an 89 f150 -w- a 302 4x4 exept i put a new seloniod
battery, srarter, and a new pos cable from the battery to the seloniod and all i get is a
high pitch winding sound? any ideas?
