My problem has been noted before:
AC vent tube temp ranges 42 deg F - 54 deg F but mostly at 48 deg F
Seems when I break or coast at low speed the tmep will drop to 42 deg F
running at 60 - 65 MPH the temp runs about 48 to 54 deg F
Ford warrenty will not fix it because "Its Not Broke"
I want it fixed!
Where do I start throwing my $$$$$
* Low Pressure Switch
* Evacuate and refill
* should I replace the pressure nozzle in the line?
Are there and suggestions of where to go from here. I know it can be more
consistantly cool because other trucks I have ridden in are!
Contact the Ford whine line for your area and complain about your dealer. This is a warenty issue. My Ford dealer has replaced the compressor and I'm going to take it back in again. It works better than it did but still only blows 40 degree air.

How cold do you want it to blow? I mean 40 Degrees from a 134a system is normal. We are not dealing with R-12 anymore so you will be losing some efficiency in heat removal but still. Any colder and you might as well turn your truck into a mobile deli counter.
Yep, 40 is about the lowest you will get when in max on a hot day. On panel when it's 90 outside, you will get between 45 and 55. A 35 to 45 degree drop in temp ia pretty good for R134A.

I'm a tech at a ford dealership and have unlimited access to fixing my ac system, I can put any part on I need because I'm the one doing the work, and that is exactly the same temps my ac gets, I have tried everything, can't get no better on a 90+ degree day.

.......And jus' to add my .02 (whatever that might really be worth?!) and say that anything colder than 38-40 degrees F (with the proper thermometer). Your asking for future problems.
But!....
It's your truck, and "by-george" if you want it lower... you should get it lower. I'm sure there is someone out here that has managed such a thing (on thier own). I wish ya best of luck to which-ever way you want to go....
