power steering

i am wondering if there is a way to improve the power steering on my ford truck it is a 69 f-250 and i have ridden in some large GM cars and am wondering if there is a way to improve it sorry for repeating thanks

just what do you want it to do differently? with a little work, you can make it super sensitive or less sensitive. also, the toe-in adjustment can have an effect on the feel of the power steering.

i want it to work better in the lower rpm range and be a little more efficient.

How do you make power steering less sensitive? I'm thinking about trading my Chevy pickup for a late model Econoline, and my one and only problem with Ford trucks is that they always have way too little steering feel.
