Yes, just do a search. I and others have posted about the various techniques to do it. Though if it has broken off below the surface, the only way is to carefully hollow out the bleeder and try to pry the remaining "skin" out with a needle nose.
I have a d44 now but if I swap a d60 from same vintage (78-79) will the brake lines from the d44 calipers fit on the d60 calipers?
If you have a Dana 44hd with the dual piston calipers then the the calipers themselves will work with a 60 also. Just did that myself a month or so ago.
