1976 F100 Locking Brake Help

I need help troubleshooting the brakes on my 76' F100. The front right caliper keeps locking up, and I keep needing to bleed it to free it up. As soon as you hit the brakes you can feel it tightening up. At first it was the front left caliper, but we replaced the brake booster, master cylinder, and brake lines. None of that helped so we replaced the whole front left caliper, and that fixed that caliper, now it is doing it to the front right caliper which we have already replaced. Please help

Truck Info
1976 F-100, 360ci block, 4-speed 4x4.

TLDR
Front right brake locking
Replace) Master Cylinder; Brake Booster; Brake Lines; Both Front Cylinders

Did you relplace the flexible caliper hoses and did you measure the length of the booster output rod before attaching the MC to the booster?

Yes we replaced the flexible caliper hose, but no we did not check the length of the rod. Should I go baxk and check the length and if so what should I be looking for?

Thank you very much for your help. I replaced the brake booster both hardlines, the flexible cable on the axel, and both calipers a couple of times along with the master cyl. 4 times, turns out it was the proportional valve, finally got it fixed I think!
