2004 Rear view Mirror Vibrating

I have the automatic rearview mirror that will adjust to evening lights. It is Vibrating at the first joint behind the mirror. Is there a screw I could tighten? Where could I get to it. Thanks.

If your side view is okay, you may be seeing first symptom of tires not balanced correctly. Does it get worse with increasing speed?

Even when the car is stopped it will vibrate from the engine turnning on and revving. Its really loose.
