Hi Everybody, this is my first post although I am an admitted lurker on FTE and have learned a lot reading the posts.
I have a 2001 F-350 XL 4X4 with the 7.3 liter diesel. The only upgrades I have are an AIS filter and a Walker BTM.
I just got my autoenginuity software yesterday. When I ran the KOEO test, the DTC code B1302 - Accessory Delay Relay Coil Circuit Failure - came up. The software also told me that it has to do with the GEM module.
I'm lost. Do I check for a blown fuse or relay? Or am I looking at buying a new GEM module?
Are you having any problems with any of the components run by the GEM? Warning chimes, interior/exterior lamps, keyless entry, wipers, power windows, ESOF?
If everything is working I think I would just ignore it until something stopped working. The GEM is powered through fuse #19 in the central junction box....the fuse box under the dash.
No, I am not having any problems with components run by the GEM. I will just ignore the code until I have problems. I will check fuse #19 though. Thank you for the advice.
