Perhaps "obvious" wasn't the best word choice there. I don't know how many times I've beat my head against the wall because of a loose connection somewhere on something.
I found the fuse and relay box under the hood. on the bottom of the top part it marks "Relay 1" "Relay 2" Relay 3" and so on. Thats the right relay right. Your sure it's #3?
Doing more research on this, i think i might of found out what it is. My airbag light flashes like 3 times at me then goes away then repeats every 10 seconds, but i just never put 2 and 2 together. And my cruise control doesn't work also. Does this mean i need a new clockspring? Cause if it was the fuse or relay, the airbag light wouldn't even be able to flash??

Had the same problem in my '94. I put off changing that clockspring for over a year. Turned out to be an easy job and it's sure nice to have the cruise control back.
Is this something i can do myself? I have basic mechanical knowledge. How would i get the wheel off? Is there a way i can get it off myself or do i need to get a wheel puller?
