Well I'll have to go back and read your other thread to answer part of your Q, but those heads are some of the nicer one's once ported and polished for street use..

I run the C4's on my truck, and they breath the best out of all the 352 and 390 heads and will flow with port work as well as the Edelbrock heads right out of the box..

Easy there speedy... First off, welcome aboard!

Secondly, take a look at the second post in this forum called "frequently asked questions", there is some good reading in there regarding how to ID your motor.

Third, a D4te casting would be 1974 truck, and the D2TEE heads were standard issue heads from 72 on.

He's either got a 360 or 390. Same block for both, different crank and rods. The D4TE block was used to the end of the FE. There's a remote chance it's a 410, but not likely, but you never know what that block and heads have been through.

410s were only made for 2 years, 1966 and 1967 so with his numbers, no way.

It could also be, a reman engine in there. And 410's were also cobbled together afterward too. I pulled one from my 70 F100. Supposed to be a 390 but it had a 410 crank and pistons. With an FE, you never know, especially after 30 years.
