Hey all
Has anybody put a 521 in their truck before? For what i understand is that it is a 460 bored and stroked. I seen in a PAW catalog a while back. I'm thinking of putting this in my truck to race with. Just curious if anybody had any comments on this motor

I second that, PAW sucks!
You can get the stroker crank from any Fordmotorsport dealer, and they offer a kit with pistons, rods, crank... Have a good local machinist do the work and buy the parts from a Fordmotorsports dealer.
I looked into this setup before doing my 428, and didn't like the cost of the headers and other parts to get the 460 into my truck, I decided to build a 428 instead. The power of the stroked 460 should be unreal, you might even find a 4 bolt 429 block and use that.
When I called the tech support line for Fordmotorsports, they were excellent! They talked to me about all aspects of the engine build and they REALLY knew their stuff.
You can call your local Ford dealer and ask if they are a motorsport dealer or can give you the number of one.
