Trying to learn something about Y-blocks...
Has anyone ever owned or read this book? Is it worth the price?

I have this book as it was one of the few that I could get my hands on. Haven`t read it yet but that`s not a bad price, I wouldn`t want pay much more than that plus $5 shipping.

Can`t remember exactly what I paid for mine last winter, possibly slightly used but mint. I`m way to cheap to pay over $35.00 for any book.

It's a rather detailed book which is an excellent history & basic block intele, but it has a few flaws in it.
The major one is you need to cheque w/ the Shop Manual before you can set the timing properly.

My major concern is this: Can a y-block be tweaked enough to be as powerful, loud, and obnoxious as the 460 I was planning to use?
