Question 5th wheel question/ info needed

I'm looking at getting a 5th wheel trailer (camper) and want to know what the max weight trailer wise and pin wise my truck can handle.

I'm a bit confused on how to figure the weight and pin weight..

I have a 99 Ford F250 Superduty 8ft bed with 4.10 gears.

I hjave pulled many large travel trailers on a regular basis but have never messed with any 5th wheels, so I'm clue-less.

Thanks.

Having towed 5th wheels for long time, check the following:
1. Most listed pin weights are for "stripped" models without options, and no fluids, food, or gear.
2. Check the load ratings on your rear tires (many models in the 30-32' range will overload 16" 8 ply tires). 10 ply tires will be overloaded by some 32' and bigger trailers.

I tow a 32' Alpenlite (14,999 gvw)with an 05 F350 sc srw 4x4.
Moderately loaded, full fuel, approx 20 gals of water, gcwr is 20,648# Rear axle is 6752# on a 7000 rawr (18" 10ply tires).

Good luck.
