It does work on GM too. Father has an 02 Buick Lasabre. he was in town 35 miles from home and decided to try it, called my mother had her use her fob, he walked around he car till the doors unlocked. Happened to be if he holds it around the windshield on the drivers side. Figured since the GM's are set up for onstar that was why. I will have to try it with the F150 before I trade it for the 04 X this weekend.
