Tonight is my last night at this job. So I'm cleaning out my locker and mail slot in the office and now clear stuff out of the computer that does not need to be here.
Considering downloading a Johnny Paycheck song. Take This Job and Shove It. to send to the manager here. But not to worry I won't do it. Just a nice thought though. I'm more grown up than to do that.
Just a short sleep tomorrow and 2 days later start my new job.
My supervisor just quit here last month. I worked with him for 24 years and he quit because of the manager. Now I have jumped ship, others are thinking of doing the same. They just do not want to work under someone who is incompentent. They see things will get worst and do not want to be on a sinking ship.
anyways I sure look forward to the new job. It will be I believe less stress and more satisfying for me. I sure will be different no more night shifts and mon.- Fri. I think I will feel better and be more energised because my body will not be competing for sleep and hacve a regular eating times.
Now I will be able to get to more of those truck meets.

GLEN

The good times are finally going to roll your way. we`re excited for you and do hope you came make some of the truck meets. We need to get out and do some trucking, this site is good for the winter but summer is for meets and some cruising.
It does sound like a Johnny Paycheck song, Take This Job and Shove It. It`s good that you could make it till this opening came up and you got it, less stress and more satisfying. Way to go Glen.

66 the exact same thing is going on at our shop right now too. As of one year ago, I am the only guy that still works there, everyone else has quit. The foreman just quit and even a guy that has been there for 14 years. Oh well, Im done right away too, as soon as I find a good electrician job, and they will lose the best worker they ever had
