Watch that you are using inch pounds and have an inch pound wrench.
I don't know the torque for your tranny but the other guy appears to know.
One thing I have noticed on some trannies is that depending on the gasket material, sometimes the recommended torque is too much.
As you torque things down, wath the gasket. Make sure that the gasket is not being squeezed out from between the pan and tranny. A sure leak if this happens. YOu might have to torque to less than recommeded to prevent the gasket from squeezing out.
I usually like to use some gasket sealer on the gasket to hold it in place. It seems that some of the rubber and some of the cheaper cork gaskets will still slip while torquing so watch carefully.
If you are forced to torque to a lower reading than spec you might put a small dab of gasket sealer on the threads of the bolts to keep them from vibrating loose.
