Power window conversion
I'm new at this so here goes nothing,
I have a '70 f100 shortwheele base pu"my work in progress" I would like to install power windows. Does anyone know if any other pickup or car from ford might have the drive motor and parts needed for this or should I just get an after market kit? I have done alot of work to it so far.It's got a 351 clevland that has been punched out with all the gofast goodies ,bolted to a slightly modefied c4,'72 ac and power brakes,'76 front disc's and rear end"which is 4 inches wider than the one that came with it". I'm about to rebuild an '85 AOD trans. that came out of a donor thunderbird.
I am also having trouble with the tires rubbing the rear fenders when it is under a load. If any one could help on either of these two problems it would be very helpful.Thanks

I think (don`t have in front of me) my 1972 `sales brochure` shows there was a power window option in 1972 (F250)...I have Never seen it installed in any truck i have looked at.
So, maby a ford dealer could be kind enough to find the obscure part # and do a search. At least to verify the option!
