c6 tranny swap
The aod tranny in my 90 bronco is on its last days. I have a c6 from my 86 F-250 that i would like to replace the aod with, but my only question is will the borg-warner t-case from the bronco bolt up to the c6 or will I have to buy an adapter or swap in the np t-case from the f-250 as well.

The B/W-1356 was was not married to the C6 during the production run at any point in time as I recall. I could be mistaken. If not, you can probably find/make/have made the necessary adaptor or as you said fingure out how to swap the t-case thats already behind the C6 in as well.

Easiest way to figure out if the t-case will work is to crawl under the bronco and see what the mouting patern is of the Aod and compare it to the c-6. I could mate a c-6 up to the same transfer case that was orginally behind an E4OD because the '88 c-6 happened to have the same circular bolt pattern as the '91 E4OD.
