I was not sure under what conditions you were driving, it is just the replacement of the front axle cover and it has the vent tube in the cover instead of in the passenger side tube.
Maybe someone can retro-fit a universal vent to fit in the front cover to work to solve the issue?
If one has to run ATF in their front diff to prevent puking out the cleaned vent, I would suggest Redline High-Temp ATF or Amsoil Signature Series Multi-Vehicle Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid which has the lowest 4 ball wear test in the Amsoil line. Especially if towing or in heat.
The later AWD Aerostars perhaps have the upgraded front diff vent? It's been years since I looked, but don't remember mine matching the description of the old style in the TSB
God I hate the wife's Honda AWD's, have to crawl under them far to often and change the clutch slip diff fluid, they don't use a hypoid drive rear diff. Slipping clutches, sheesh. They bind like hell in parking lots.
Requires an expensive $25 per qt Honda only fluid.

My 97 has it located in the standard spot on the passenger side, right above the support bracket.
