Manifold and carb question

i was wondering if with a offy manifold and a 390 cfm carb, also with headers, would i get better or worse gas milage with my 300 straight 6?

I guess you have stock carb and manifolds? I have Clifford intake with 4bbl and EFI exhaust. You will go thru more gas because it will be more fun to stick your foot in it. Do you like fun?
