Talking good deal

I got a pretty good deal the other day, a guy in Elstow I know very well gave me his 65' frame/w a 390 & transmission it needs a diff & body. I think i'll just slap a deck on the back for hauling stuff.

Dustin, I know decks are tempting at first, but if you ever want to turn heads and fix up the cab (and I know you want to) find a box. I know Andy thinks you should put a deck on, but you're forgetting Andy is a Chevrolet guy.

Good to hear about your deal I'm sure you'll make it work somehow. It's good to hear some good news from you since Dell pushed you around on your 67.

another good deal

The other day my old buddy sold me a complete 73' f-100 w/9" rear end for $50 I think this is the body i will use. I was wishing for a 67-69 but i will settle for a 73'. this 73' truck engine needs a distributor and it will run. I think I will go out to bucks for a distributor just to get it running.
