Tachometer ?

I have an old Oldsmobil ( I,know, dark side ) F-85 Ralley Pack tachometer left over from my younger days and was wondering if it is compatible with an electronic ignition coil as I have thought about putting it in my '54 one ton. Tom

If you have a single coil, and it's not a high output cd ignition(like an MSD), it should work. Just hook the signal wire to the negative of the coil.

dave, thanks, I have a stock 292 dizzy and coil and thought about converting it with stock Ford duaspark parts and Ford E.I. coil. Tom
