Hi guys
Can anyone tell me what the red line is on a stock I-6 300 ?
I'm thinking of buy this for a spare motor while i rebuild my 360 Cause my truck is running 4.11 gears

I-6 300
I am not absolutely sure, but my 6 240 (the same block and bore, just shorter stroke) redlines at about 6000...I have a 4.10 with a NP-435 mated to it, so I never really get there while driving. I try to keep it at 3000 and under. That gives me about 65-70 mph.
