Your 20" two piece wheels can be replaced by either 19.5" or 22.5" tubeless wheels. The 22.5" when fitted with 9R22.5" tires (38" tall) is the technical equal of an 8.25" x 20", while the 19.5" works well but will yield reduced road speed due to shorter (34") 8R19.5" tires. Both new and used 19.5" and 22.5" wheels exist.
Beginning in 1956, and catalogued through 1981, there were 5.25", 6.00", and 6.75" wide 22.5" wheels available as options on comparable Ford, Dodge, and IHC trucks. During the same years the 19.5s were commonly sourced on Ford and Dodge based Class A motor homes. They were available in 5.25" (Budd #72070) and 6.00" (Budd #89340) widths. There were a variety of 22.5s made by Budd, Kelsey Hayes, Accuride, and Motor Wheel Corporation.

New reproductions are available in both the 19.5" x 6.00" and 22.5" x 6.75" sizes, imported from Turkey I believe, and available through the American Wheel Specialist of Kennewick, WA, and probably other vendors. These have a different appearance than the old originals. New USA made custom Accurides are available, looking more like originals, from Chuck Mantiglia of Chuck's Trucks in Hamden, CT. Stu
I emailed Chuck after my above posting to learn if he still has available the custom Accurides. He does not. He can still help with custom built 22.5" x 6.75" wheels made using old 20" centers and new outer rims. She
