fuel pumps
Ok so I want a new fuel pump for the motor once I'm done..collecting parts right now..anyhow I will be running the Edelbrock 1406 carb and I'm looking at the Carter CRT-M3150 pump..specs..5-6psi and 23gph any thoughts? Edelbrock doesn't make any FE pumps and Holley makes two but both are too high of a pressure so that leaves me with Carter..price is right as is pressure..just want a good reliable vapor lock free pump that's non electric any other suggestions? Well, I'am not really a fan of Mechanical pumps or Carter for that matter....If your sold on keeping it Mechanical? I'd run a Holley and use a regulater with it...jmo

Well I got the Carter M3150 but appernatly it will not work..wrong angle on lever arm definatly hits timing vover..appernatly it's for pre 63 FEs so I guess I'm just gonna get the stock replacmen Carter M4008 30gph 4.5-6.5 psi
