rear a/c

Have an '01 expedition that is blowing warm air from the rear a/c. The front still blows nice and cold. Anybody have suggestions as to what I should be looking for in order to repair this? Thanks.

Just had mine repaired last month on my 03 EB. I thought it was one of the acutator doors but it turned out to be the "Accumlator" I believe it is called, in the rear AC. The part cost $38 and labor was about $400. It blows icy cold now, works great!

Can you check the part name that the dealer replaced? I pulled the actuator out and is working fine.

There are 2 actuators for the rear system. one is the temp control and the otehr os the diverter for the ceiling or side vent. I had to replace both of mine. Did it my self with out removing the side panel. The tray in the top of the side panel and the front cup holder pop out. you kind of work blind to to r&r the front actuator.
