oil cooler interchangability

oil cooler interchangability
Does anybody know for sure is the oil cooler from a 99-03 powerstroke will fit a 94.5 to 97 powerstroke. They look to be the same. but not sure if the headers have the same openings from the 2 era's. i have a superduty engine sitting in the shop and my 95 is leaking pretty sure at the o-rings but the tube is pretty rusty so i plan to swap them if they are the same.
