99 R-134 charging

Where is the valve located to add R134 to my a/c system for my 1999 Expedition? I've added refrigerant to a couple of other cars I've owned, but can't seem to locate the appropriate fitting on this....I'm beginning to wonder what I've got here.

its under the windshield on the passenger side. its pretty well hidden.
