460 intake replacement problems
I have a 76 460 with all the EGR stuff. I am replacing the stock intake with an Edelbrock Performer w/EGR. On my stock intake, to the left of where the carb would be, there's something bolted on with two steel tubing lines coming out of it, which I think was connected to the EGR. The problem is that there is nowhere to bolt this thing on the new manifold. Am I just going to have to do without it?

that is most likely your choke heat riser tubes, you don't need it if you don't have a factory choke on your carb. They used heat coming from the exhaust crossover to pull the choke off instead of an electric choke.
