That combination would indicate it was a 71 passenger car 460, the V designation was what the engine was originally designed for the the DOVE heads, and D1VE blocks were used in Ford, Linclon and Mercury. those casting numbers are actually revision numbers, after 1970 ford quit using them as year casting numbers atleast on the 385 series of engines.
