I was getting ready to put 35,s on my truck 97 f150 4x4 and was wondering if anyone had put a steering stabilzer shock on front end and were you purchased it.I am not for sure you could put one on because there is not much room or if one is even needed so any imput is greatly appreciated thanks rick.

I don't know, but I do know Rancho makes one for your truck

 

i got a fabtech suspension lift on a 2001 f150 sc 4wd 6 inches also a fabtech steering stabilizer on it works great must have

 

I have added one to mine and I just have the 2 inch lift (skyjacker blocks plus leveling kit) and it made a difference. I have the pro-comp 2000 series kit and it was waaaay cheaper than the rancho, the fellow at the shop suggested a duel set-up and I thought that was a little overkill for a truck with just 285's (coming soon I hope) on it.
BTW, the kit doesn't come with a shock boot but they are only a few bucks but is a must with all the debris that accumulates underneath. Cheers!
