Thanks for the link. I did find out that I can elevate or lower my pickups. Doing this changes the tone. I don't feel like messing with this tonight, but maybe some other time I will.

Well, when I was in town today I stopped and picked up an overdrive/distortion pedal. I got the Boss OS-2. So far I've messed with it a bit and it really does change the sound. I may still raise or lower my pickups though. Also, on my amp I can adjust the speed and intensity. What does this do? Right now the speed is on 3 and the intesity on 6. I've messed with them alittle, but I can't tell a difference. Maybe it's just me. Thanks again!!!!!

I got a Digitech RP50, bought it off ebay for $50. It has a preset for just about every popular guitar sound. I plug it into the line in on the stereo or computer and sounds great. Also sounds good with just head phones.
