Appreciated the input, was not sure what to expect sleeving cylinder. Shop may be good, but also expensive. Something came up so have few days to consider options. Will not have access to internet for few days but won't be making decision until my return; intend to review any comments. Will have shop provide estimate of sleeving, installing new pistons and rings and reassemble long block, suspect will cost about as much as rebuild. Had them hold up on testing heads, an additional cost, until make decision. Appears shop's cost for sleeving is about as the same if able to locate block from a pic n pull. Still looking at the 351 but it has been setting past several years and needs to be rebuilt. Again appreciate the input.
