Both My wife and my truck sport 38's. Sorry, only have pictures of my truck right now. Take a look at Helirich Bronco in Galleries. (I'll work on my wife) She dont want no four wheel guys lusting over her. (Ha, Ha)
Thanks,
I made them out of 2x4 tubing 1/8" wall. They are a little heavy. (they are stronger than the bumpers.) I had them powder couted and then put a nonskid strip on. They look a little basic, but everyone likes them. They are way nicer to stand on than round tubes I use to have. (easy to clean the windows) I have them sticking out quite a bit further than store bought ones. If I didnt have such wide tires, they would probubly look funny. Ilike them because I can open the door, get out on the bar and close the door. (Most store bought bars dont go back far enough to shut the door while your on it.) Thats handy if your stuck (heaven forbid) in mud or water. I can actualy reach the lockout hubs while standing on the bar.
The 40 gal tank runs out at 36 gallons. It still better than the stock 34 gallon that ran out at 31. In any case, I also have a 50 gallon tank that fits in the back and has quick disconects. I will start a new thred on this mod when I get some pictures of it.

Try a search on this forum, under cargo cover. I had a couple of posts on the cover. Got it at a dealer, but you might be able to find it on Ebay. This part is obsolete, so it might be a rare chance if you can find one at a dealer. You will also need the side panels, which I have pictured in my gallery. With out these, you won't be able to mount the cover. PM me if you need any more details.
That would be nice, but I havent had much problems with the TTB. I've busted a few U-bolts right at the wheel. I've upgraded the 8.8 considerably. If I changed to D60's, I'd have to change wheels and I love my current ones. They dont make 16.5" wheels in 14" wide. The extra two inches does make a differnce.
There is always the option of getting a coil sprung 1/2 ton D44 w/ 5 lug bolt patern and it is stronger than the TTB set up(you could run 37s and feel comfortable in the mud, but anything more that that it'd be the same as 33 or 35s on a TTB.
