I got this stuff called hippo coat to do my bed, and i want to know what i gotta do to paint my bed with this stuff. I was gonna sand the bed a little bit but nothing to major just the bottom, the just put the bed liner in. please tell me what i gotta do because i gotta get this done pretty soon. Thanks!

 

I don't know about hippo, but Herculiner wants you to use a scuff pad and MEK as the cleaner.

I'd start with a very good washing, let it fully dry, then scuff the paint with a red scotch brite pad. wash again. then double wipe with MEK (sold at home depot).

All the paint should look dull before you apply the coating.
