I have a 2001 F250 SuperDuty with a V-10. I have a dump insert and carry loads all the time. The back end of the truck sags quite a bit. Any simple/inexpensive solutions?
Do a search for Timbrens and see what you think. They wiil not help sag when your truck is unloaded. They only work when truck is loaded therefore do not affect ride quality when truck has no load.
So after you dump your load are you saying your truck sags lower than it originally did if new ? kinda like worn out springs/shock sag ? get an add-a-leaf for the rear and thicker shock oil.

Thanks!
You can install a set of F350 4" blocks in the back. Make sure to get the blocks that have the same setup as your SD. IE: wheel base, CC, SC, etc.
Does your SD have the Overload spring? If not, you can install one and that will help with the sag.
