DVD no sound????
I just bought my wife an 04 EX w/ less than 20K on it and she loves it!! The only problem is that the entertainment (dvd) system only plays the dvd audio over the wireless speakers. That works for two of my kids but not the youngest (he is 1), does not like to wear them. I have read the manual twice and it does not cover this issue at all! All it talks about is single/dual user and the wireless headphones. I could really use some input from the EX clan.

We ran into this issue today. The dual play button allows the front and rear to listen to different components, but we could not get the DVD to play over any speakers.
We're kind of at a loss on how to get the DVD sound to play over the speakers.

You need an FM modulater. I don't know if the factory setup came with one or not. To check look under the dash for a toggle switch that seemingly does nothing. If you find one switch it and then try to listen to an AM radio station. If there is no AM reception, you have a modulator and can tune in to FM about 88.3 or so to hear the DVD sound.
