What ever happened to-do the crime you do the time? We don`t want the jails full but there has to a be consequence for one`s actions some where along the line. Murder gets pleaded down to manslaughter and usually a very short jail sentence.

The Americans don`t fool around, their sentences are much stiffer and seem to have alot more justice to them.

oh yeah, the kids hand is bandaged up because it was a jack knife? closed on his hand/finger everytime he stabbed him... makes you wonder about this guy...

If it closed on him that many times I'm sorry that is not manslaughter. He had intended to kill or hurt someone. So to me that is murder or premediated.

He stabbed him with a jacknife too? Thats nuts. He will get it though, Ive heard of some people getting tried as adults. Thats sad he was grinning and stuff. Guys like that they should put them in a closed cage, no weapons, and get about ten of the deceased friends and family in there, and give the stabber what he deserves.
