Yes todays fighting is not gentleman like. When I was young and you were in a fight. It was with the fists not the boots. And when the other guy was down. It was over and that was it. Today if the guy is down, they still give the boots to them stomp on their heads. Working in the hospital I see the long term damage from these fights. Young kids today think it is cool to see a guy get split open from a stomping, and they seem to think knives make them a tougher guy. Sorry they are fools to me and they will pay for it in the end. When they go to serve their time for what they done. Hope they enjoy being Bubbas bitches.
Nope, dont know Mackenzie Hall... I know Tyler ****z
I dont know any of the accused.
Scott Nelson is being charged with something along the lines of aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon... for the stabbings of Derek. I think they should up it to attempted murder... cuz 6 times is just retarded...
they say the killer is still out there. and i haven't heard anything more from friends either
Edit: why was his last name blocked out? lol anyways, if you saw the news and read the articles youll know who im talking about.
yeah, and they say they are having trouble finding witnesses... but i really really doubt that as well. i think they want to get as many statements/witnesses as possible to put the guy away forsure!
A 20-year-old man charged in connection with a stabbing near Regina Beach grinned and waved at his friends during a court appearance TuesdayScott Robert Nelson was charged with aggravated assault after an 18-year-old Regina man was stabbed May 20 during a brawl at an outdoor party. The injured man was treated in hospital and is recovering.Misha Pavelick, 19, of Regina, was stabbed to death at the same party. There have been no arrests in his killing. On Tuesday, Nelson's lawyer requested bail for his client.Nelson was remanded into custody and is due back in court again on Thursday.About a dozen young people watched Tuesday's proceedings in provincial court. When Nelson appeared, he grinned broadly and held up a bandaged index finger to the group
I read that article in the paper also. It shows that guy has no remorse for what he has done. which is scary. Guys like that tend to have Psychopathetic tendency's. So he will do it again because he gets pleasure out of it and the attention.
Guys like that need to be strung up like a hundred years ago. They seem to do no good for soceity and just burdeon our jails and courts. I think if we still had the death penality that there would be less murders. It is something that keeps these guys in check a bit more.
i think the problem is the young offenders act.. when your young and do something stupid, you should get punished for it, not some ice cream and a ride home in the back seat of a car with purdy lights... cuz then youll do it again, and not get punished yet again, so they think they can get away with it and so on...
WHAT I HEARD FROM A FRIEND: obviously it is probably a rumor cuz i've also heard he was stabbed once?
one guy (the one eventually stabbed) was arguing with a chick.... her boyfriend seen this, a few of his peeps confronted the dude, they all seperated, but for how long i don't know, he bottle him, then a couple of this group came back and jumped the guy, and stabbed him to death, roughly 33 stab wounds, but they cant tell for sure because some were so close together, and could have hit the same spots a few times.
roughly 33 stab wounds, but they cant tell for sure because some were so close together, and could have hit the same spots a few times. whether its true or not, who knows...
Sounds like an animal act, hard to believe that a group could be like that.
I agree the young offenders act from 1983 made the youth not to have to accept responsibilty. This also cleared the parents from responsiblity. The parents who did not give a **** . I met parents who tried to make their kids responsible, but these kids knew that the law said it was ok and ma and pa cannot do a thing to them. The act took control from the parents who were trying to teach their kids responsibilty and respect. This law I feel was drafted by bleeding heart people who live in the mansions on the hill with all the security around them that they never see what it is like.
Yes these kids then learned from others who committed the crimes and they pass it onto others and now how do they correct it. They would have to change it to tough and harsh where they make the kids suffer consequences for their actions. There is none of that now. So the kid who turns 19 or 20 that has gotten away with crime all through his teens, really has not learned respect and consequences and responsibilty. Now as an adult they will fill our jails. Thanks to those politicians.(RANT RANT RANT)
