Cab Crossmember - Repair or Replace?

Cab Crossmember - Repair or Replace?
My cab crossmember is rusted thru on the left side where it meets the rocker panel, and about to rust thru on the right. The middle is fine.
Opinions, please. Is it best to fab and weld in new ends, or is there a complete replacement part? And if I decide to do the whole thing, what's the procedure to remove the old one and replace it?
